At the recent FE Sussex Spring Award 2009, Tendering Engineer Rebecca Smith was awarded “HND/HNC Sussex Learner of the Year”.

Rebecca is half way through an Electrical/Electronic HNC/HND Course at Central Sussex College in Crawley, which she is completing part-time alongside her role in FSD’s Tendering Department.

The award is sponsored by Edexcel and was in recognition of her hard work and excellent results during 2007/2008.
