FSD’s commitment to continual improvement was demonstrated again this year with the issue of the 2007 Benchmarking Questionnaire. The previous survey in 2003 reported very pleasing results and provided feedback on those areas that required attention. It was hoped that this positive assessment had been maintained throughout the intervening 4 years of business and the areas that required attention had been addressed and improved.

The questionnaire was sent out to approximately 100 FSD customers and consisted of a variety of questions regarding our customers’ opinions of our tenders, project management and site performance, as well as their general perception of FSD as a company.

Many customers generously gave their time to complete the survey and the feedback received was, once again, very positive. Survey results can be viewed here.
