John Wray Retirement

At the end of August FSD bade farewell to Site Supervisor John Wray, who retired after 44 years association with the company. John’s association dates back to 1966, when he worked for Bailey Meters (later part of Bristol Babcock, from which FSD was conceived as part of a management buyout). Some of the projects he has worked on in the last few years include Severn Trent Flowmetering and Wanlip WTW.

John celebrated his retirement with a theatre break in London with his wife. He is looking forward to spending the next few months at his holiday home in Spain, but will no doubt continue to stay in touch through his son David and grandson Ben, who are also employed by the company.
