Field Systems Designs have continued to support this annual event, held this year on 18th September. FSD fielded two teams in conjunction with partner company Anord and invited special guests from our client base.
Just over £16,000 was raised for the water industry’s very own charity, WaterAid, with some 49 teams participating on the night. Despite their best efforts, our two teams “The Bright Sparks” and “The Dimmer Switches” failed to make much of an impact on the leader board, finishing 31st and 38th, however, it was a very enjoyable evening and in support of a worthwhile cause.
WaterAid and its partners use practical solutions to provide safe water, effective sanitation and hygiene education to the world’s poorest people. They also seek to influence policy at national and international levels.
